Yana Gupta fewdays back was spotted in a charity event in Mumbai without wearing Panty . Yana's without panty news spread around the world within few hours. This stunt by Yana has put her in trouble, a social activist Rizwan Ahmed from Lucknow has sued her for this Obscenity under sectio 292/293 and 294 of IPC in the chief judicial magistrate, Lucknow. The hearing of the case is on December 6.It is come to know that the case has been filed against three people for creating the obscenity in a charity event.
" I have filed case against the photographer who captured the pantyless pictures, Yana Gupta, and the event organiser" said Rizwan Ahmed. Iwas shocked to see the pictures in newspapers, what offended me the most is what Yana Gupta posted on social networking site as "the no panty girl" which i found to be extremely offensive, he added.
The actress purposely did the act to get some publicity and the photographer and Yana had preplanned it . No one can do such mistakes at such an event show ,said Rizwan Ahmed.
