Amisha patel is a thief?

Bollywood actress Amisha Patel is in big trouble as her relatives have accused her of theft of their property at pune.

Amisha's uncle Nalin Rajni has filed a complaint against her in the gymkhana police station in pune on Nov 25  accusing her of allegedly opening their flat at Manali apartments with a duplicate key in their absence.

Nalin explained the matter to police claiming Amisha opened their flat with a duplicate key when Nalin and his brother Sunil were in Nasik , she stole some documents from the flat .

Nalin came to know about the incident when their domestic help made a call to Nalin and informed him about the lock been open and some documents missing from their. When Nalin inquired with the society watchman , he said that one of them was Amisha.



Nalin filed a case against her in the gymkhana police station when Amisha did not answer to the call made by Nalin and later in response, Amisha sent an SMS saying "I have been advised by the lawyers not to comment , as the matter is subjudice."

"A criminal complaint must be lodged against Amisha for her act and our apllication should not be dismissed as civil matter" he said. He also added that the flat is in the name of his late mother Sushila who executed a bonafide registered gift deed in Sunil's and his name in 2007.
